Cloud Frequently Asked Questions

What is an employee in SnapHRM?

An employee is any individual whose data you are maintaining in SnapHRM.

How employees are counted towards billing?

We count the number of Active employees at the end of each billing cycle. Employees who do not work in your organization can be marked as Inactive and they are not taken into account for billing.

For annual subscription, you need to pay balance amount for upgrading your tier. For example, if you are on Standard Plan's annual subscription and have 25 employees already. To add another employee, you will need to pay the balance amount of the Premium Plan for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

Can I try SnapHRM for free?

Of course! SnapHRM is free upto 5 employees. Sign up for a new SnapHRM account to get started. If you love it (and we think you will), you can continue using SnapHRM simply by providing us with your payment details.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa or American Express. For customers on an annual subscription plan, we also accept bank transfers or cheques.

What's the difference between Cloud and SnapHRM Pro?

In Cloud option, we host and setup SnapHRM in the cloud for you. This is generally the best option for teams who want to get started quickly and easily, and for teams who don't want to manage the technical complexity of hosting themselves.

In Self-Hosted option, you host SnapHRM Pro on your own hardware and you're able to customize your setup however you'd like. This is generally the best option for teams who want to manage all the details of the setup and don't mind the additional complexity of hosting themselves.
